I am baffled by the American people who are voting for this man. A man who preaches about ethics and was himself reprimanded for violations of ethics laws WHILE he was Speaker of the House (He's the only Speaker in history to earn such a distinction). A man who led impeachment proceedings against President Clinton, while he himself was having affair after affair. (He's currently on wife #3). Wife #2 has said in the news media repeatedly that the Speaker would have stayed with her if she would have agreed to his terms for an "open marriage." This is the man who is going to defend marriage as we know it? BAHAHAHAHA!
Speaking of the leadership post he held, he was so lousy at his job he was thrown out by his OWN PARTY, that's right........Republicans threw him out, not us free thinking liberal democrats. But the idiots who actually put him there in the first place. Oh and BTW, if you didn't vote for Clinton, that was probably YOU.....feel stupid? Yeah, well you probably had that coming.
Here's hoping that Florida deals this douche bag an unbelievably humiliating defeat on Tuesday, otherwise we here in America could be looking at a slow motion train wreck.
I won't really be able to criticize our neighbors to the South, even if they vote for Gingrich. Because deep down I know that the sheep here in Alabama won't be able to line up fast enough to vote for the bastard.
Perhaps a well-intentioned plea to Republicans who have not lost control of their mental faculties. The vote of this left-leaning Democrat is up for grabs this year. But if you nominate a lying, hypocritical coward like former Speaker Newt Gingrich, well then they might as well go ahead and write one in for Obama/Biden. And that my friends, you can take to the bank.
So, to those in the states of Florida, Nevada, Missouri and the many others with upcoming primaries. Think before you vote PLEASE. That's all.
